Administrative and Sales Support Associate
- Greets customers in person or on the phone in a pleasant, professional manner, directs call to appropriate staff or communicates messages in a timely manner
- Responsible for maintaining correspondence, files, and documents for store manager and staff
- Follow-up with doctors, physical therapists, insurance companies etc. to assist in completion of sales
- Document all communications in Netsuite operating system from customers, medical professionals, and internal staff
- Communicates with customers on upcoming sales and service appointments
- Support sales staff with sales documentation preparation
- Support marketing staff with material preparation for dissemination
- Maintain skills and seek self-improvement in computer skills such as: Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Keep the showroom in a clean and presentable manner
- Present products for sale to customers
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 1 year as administrative assistant/receptionist experience
- Able to function as a polite, cooperative team member with a positive attitude
- Detail oriented, accurate, and possess general office knowledge
- Able to work independently, efficiently, with the ability to multi task
