Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and driven professional to lead the development of value-added automotive business initiatives across the European market. This role is pivotal in supporting our regional sales growth and enhancing the customer experience through a comprehensive range of offerings beyond traditional car sales.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Value-Added Business Expansion 推动增值业务拓展:
Lead and oversee the development of key value-added services in Europe, including but not limited to fleet sales, leasing, data services, charging infrastructure, automotive accessories, and used car business.
领导并推进公司在欧洲的主要增值业务,包括但不限于大客户销售、租赁服务、流量业务、充电基础设施、汽车精品和二手车业务。
- Market Intelligence & Reporting 市场信息收集与反馈:
Collect and analyze first-hand market information across European countries, synthesize relevant business insights, and provide timely feedback and strategic recommendations to headquarters.
收集并分析欧洲各国一手市场信息,梳理相关业务洞察,及时向总部反馈并提出战略建议。
- Strategic Planning Participation 参与战略制定:
Actively participate in the design and optimization of business strategies for value-added services, ensuring alignment with both local market dynamics and overall corporate objectives.
积极参与增值服务相关业务战略的制定与优化,确保策略与本地市场情况及公司整体目标一致。
- Cross-Country Coordination 跨国协调与推进:
Coordinate closely with country-level teams across Europe to ensure consistent and efficient rollout of strategic initiatives, and provide operational support for localization and adaptation.

- External Stakeholder Engagement 外部关系对接:
Build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders, including government agencies, business partners, and industry associations to foster external collaboration and business development opportunities.
与政府机构、业务合作伙伴及行业协会等关键利益相关方建立并维护良好关系,促进外部合作与业务拓展。
Job Requirements
- Professional Experience 工作经验:
Minimum of 10 years of full-time professional experience, including at least 5 years working in Europe and over 3 years in the automotive industry.
拥有至少10年全职工作经验,其中在欧洲工作5年以上,且在汽车行业工作3年以上。
- Industry Knowledge 行业理解:
Deep understanding of the European automotive ecosystem, with proven experience in fleet sales, leasing operations, and emerging value-added services.

- Strategic Thinking & Execution 战略思维与执行力:
Strong business acumen and the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies. Hands-on experience in executing cross-border business initiatives is preferred.

- Communication & Coordination 沟通与协调能力:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural and cross-functional environment.

- Language Skills 语言能力:
Fluent in English (written and spoken); knowledge of additional European languages is a plus.

The base salary range for this full-time position is €6,000 - €7,000 per month, in addition to bonus and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all European locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
