Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Telemetry position requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience and an active MI RN license.

Details

• Position is located on a Telemetry unit (4 West)
• Day shift schedule: 0700–1930
• Must be open to working any day of the week, as self-scheduling is not available
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active MI RN license required
• Minimum 3 years of RN Telemetry experience required
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS Stroke Certification, and CPI Prevention First
• CPI Prevention First certification is required for Telemetry RNs (30-minute on-demand video, approximately $25 cost)
• Social Security number (full SSN preferred; last 4 digits acceptable), driver's license, and date of birth required for consideration
• One reference required for consideration

Additional Information

• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to qualify for travel rates
• RTO requests should be limited to fewer than 7 days for the duration of the contract
• Candidates who have previously worked for Tenet Healthcare as a permanent employee must obtain MSP approval prior to being considered
