Install Lead Coordinator

Great Dane Heating, Cooling, Electrical & Plumbing is looking for a detail-oriented Install Lead Coordinator to support our sales and operations teams. Position Overview:

The Install Lead Coordinator works closely with the sales team and Sales Manager and Sales Lead Coordinator to coordinate in-home sales appointments with customers, process and update results, build installation packages, process permits and provide analysis.

A Typical Day Looks Like:

• Shape company culture by carrying out agreed upon values; specifically, ethics and integrity
• Scheduling the Comfort Consultants to their appropriate in-home sales appointments based on factors such as the customers’ schedule, Comfort Consultants schedule, knowledge of Comfort Consultants and success rate of the Comfort Consultants.
• Monitoring current marketing strategies for an increase of sales appointments.
• Working with different energy providers for customer rebates.
• Receiving “hot leads” from technicians and the customer call center team and responding in a timely manner.
• Act as a liaison between the customer, the sales team and appropriate department manager.
• Complete all applicable paperwork and filing for each installation.
• Ability to provide value to each customer on our level of quality and knowledge.
• Ability to schedule sales appointments.
• Education and training duties as required.
• Other duties/responsibilities as assigned by a supervisor.
