Salary Range: $74,000 - $113,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and document validation protocols for manufacturing processes, equipment, and software.
• Identify and assess validation risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Perform IQ, OQ, and PQ (Installation Qualification, Operational Qualification, Performance Qualification) for new and modified equipment.
• Write and review validation reports, summarizing findings and deviations.
• Investigate and resolve deviations and out-of-specification (OOS) results during validation activities.
• Maintain validation documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, GMP).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality Assurance, on validation projects.
• Ensure validation activities are conducted according to company SOPs and industry best practices.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Biomedical) or a related scientific field.
• Proven experience in performing validation activities (IQ, OQ, PQ) for manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), FDA regulations, and relevant industry standards.
• Experience with developing and executing validation protocols and reports.
• Familiarity with change control procedures and deviation management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with statistical process control (SPC) software and analysis.
• - Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• - Knowledge of automated testing frameworks and scripting languages (e.g., Python, LabVIEW).
• - Experience in a regulated industry (e.g., pharmaceutical, medical device) with strong understanding of GxP.
