Cook
- Prepare meals according to resident diet specifications under the direction of the Dietary Supervisor
- Follow all facility dietary policies, procedures, and sanitary regulations
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and proper portioning for the entire facility
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in food preparation areas
- Minimum of 1 year of cooking experience for a sizable group of people
- Experience in a long-term care or institutional setting preferred
- Ability to scale and quantify recipes to support the full facility
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Service-oriented mindset with a desire to learn and grow
- Positive, dependable, and team-focused attitude
