Salary Range: $52,000 - $84,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production machinery and facility equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment to identify and address potential issues.
• Install, relocate, and commission new manufacturing equipment and systems.
• Diagnose complex equipment malfunctions using schematics, manuals, and diagnostic tools.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used.
• Adhere strictly to all safety regulations, Lockout/Tagout procedures, and company policies.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to interpret technical documents such as schematics, blueprints, and equipment manuals.
• Strong understanding and adherence to safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).
• Technical degree or certification in a relevant field (e.g., Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, Electrical Technology) or equivalent apprenticeship.

Bonus Qualifications

• PLC troubleshooting and programming experience
• Welding and fabrication skills (e.g., MIG, TIG, Stick)
• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
• Advanced hydraulic and pneumatic system repair expertise
