We are seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to deliver individualized, high-quality care across our three Mid-Michigan based outpatient clinics. In this role, youll design and implement therapy services based on assessments and physician prescriptions, helping clients achieve meaningful progress in their recovery and wellness journey. - Provide caseload coverage for PT services.
- Model appropriate behavior conducive to a positive working and therapeutic environment.
- Evaluate, document, and implement treatment plans for clients referred by physicians.
- Record evaluations, daily progress notes, discharge reports, and service billings in a timely manner and in accordance with procedure to provide complete documentation for client charts
as needed. - Cover treatment sessions by implementing the established plan of care and documenting treatment notes accordingly.
- Proactively initiate and follow-through with tasks utilizing appropriate problem-solving techniques to facilitate communication flow and prompt resolutions.
- Maintain caseload levels at a level deemed reasonable by the PT supervisor.
- Observe all rules of confidentiality as they pertain to program participants internally, and in working with outside individuals and/or agencies.
- Provide supervision of PTA services, when assigned for a consistent and extended period, in compliance with state practice regulations and organizational policies.
- Other duties as assigned by the PT Supervisor.
- A degree in Physical Therapy and licensure in the state of Michigan
- CPR, First Aid, AED certification (provided by Origami)
