Project Management Intern (Summer 2026)
- Support Project Managers and Engineers with project documentation, reporting, and data collection
- Assist in developing project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts under supervision.
- Participate in safety reviews, job hazard analyses, and site walkdowns
- Help prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and status reports
- Learn and apply the PMO’s Project Management System (PMS) and FEL stage-gate process
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including standard templates, data dashboards, and project tracking tools
- Maintain project files and support document control processes.
- Shadow senior team members to gain exposure to stakeholder engagement, procurement, and contractor management.
- Ensure compliance with Company HSEOE policies and actively promote safe work practices.
- Junior level standing pursuing Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related discipline), or Construction Management, or related field.
- Basic understanding of project management principles (scope, schedule, cost, and risk)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical and organizational skills. Comfortable working in field and office environments
- Willingness to learn about engineering drawings, equipment specifications, and process system
- Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and a team player
