Wash Operator needed in Hudson on 2nd shift pay starting at $16.25/hr with a potential increase of $0.50 every 30 days. The job consists of operating wash/vibratory systems, tracking parts, performing maintenance, managing materials, and monitoring chemicals.

Wash Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $16.25 to $17.75 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Second Shift ( Monday through Friday from 03:00pm to 11:00pm )

• $16.25 to start
• $16.75 at 30 days
• $17.25 at 60 days
• $17.75 at 90 days
• $0.50 pay increase every 30 days based on performance and attendance.

• Operate and maintain wash and vibratory machines
• Move parts through washing, drying, and packing
• Tag and track in-process inventory
• Perform basic maintenance and keep area clean
• Manage storage of parts and materials
• Complete logs, reports, and barcode entries
• Monitor supplies and report shortages
• Assist with setup and testing of new parts
• Transfer finished parts to next step or storage
• Maintain proper chemical levels

Wash Operator Qualifications:

• Mechanical or industrial experience required
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Slip-resistant shoes required.
• Ability to lift up to 40lbs regularly and 80lbs occasionally.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.

• Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
