Salary Range: $72,000 - $106,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize existing manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
• Develop, implement, and validate new manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Troubleshoot process deviations, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and other technical documentation.
• Monitor key process indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful process integration and performance.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven proficiency with process simulation software (e.g., AspenPlus, HYSYS) and data analysis tools.
• Demonstrated experience applying Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for process optimization and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with manufacturing quality standards and regulatory compliance (e.g., ISO, GMP).

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with process simulation software (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, Arena)
• Experience with industrial automation, PLC programming, or SCADA systems
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts (IoT, AI/ML in manufacturing)
