Join Allied Universal as an unarmed driving patrol officer at a fast-paced tech and media location, where you will conduct routine patrols, stay visible to help reduce security-related incidents, support access activities, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or contractors by following site-specific procedures and addressing security-related concerns in a professional manner.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observed activity according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office buildings, production areas, data-sensitive locations, parking areas, and/or perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials where required, and report unusual behavior, maintenance issues, and/or potential security-related risks to the appropriate contact.
• Support emergency response activities when appropriate, assist with directions and site information, and communicate clearly with Allied Universal leadership and/or client representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
