SENIOR HRIS SPECIALIST - SUCCESSFACTORS REMOTE - SOUTHFIELD, MI
As a Subject Matter Expert on the HRIS team, the Senior HRIS Specialist will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing Lear's Human Resources system, SuccessFactors. The person in this role will collaborate with HR leaders and stakeholders to identify system needs, implement enhancements, and ensure data integrity and accuracy. Additionally, the Senior HRIS Specialist will support the implementation and rollout of new SuccessFactors functionality across the globe.
The Role:
Your work will include, but not be limited to:
- Collaborate with HR Leadership and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into system configurations and enhancements
- Support and enhance annual cyclical processes across various SuccessFactors modules, including Compensation, Goals, Performance, Talent and Employee Central
- Support semi-annual application releases by reviewing new functionality, testing and communicating to end users
- Identify HR business process changes which increase efficiency and improve user acceptance and overall experience. Proactively formulate ideas and recommendations for system improvements
- Drive business processes and system configuration to a global standard where possible, to improve sustainability and maintainability
- Participate in special global projects as required

Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HRIS Administration, with at least 3 years of hand-on experience with SuccessFactors
- A highly analytical, organized and detail-oriented professional
- Strong understanding of HRIS design, structure, functions, and HR business processes
- Experience gathering and analyzing business requirements
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and independently, meet deadlines and escalate appropriately to management
- A team-centered approach and service-oriented attitude
- Previous experience working with SuccessFactors, particularly Compensation, Goals, Performance, Employee Central and Talent modules
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English language (spoken and written) is mandatory
Bonus if You Have:
- Experience integrating SuccessFactors with other applications such as PeopleSoft, Kronos/UKG, ServiceNow, ADP, Ceridian, and/or Okta
- HR functional and/or broader HR technology experience
- Project management experience
