Salary Range: $79,000 - $124,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Design, program, and implement PLC and HMI applications for automated manufacturing systems.
• Perform troubleshooting, diagnosis, and resolution of complex control system issues.
• Develop and maintain electrical schematics, control panel designs, and system documentation.
• Execute commissioning, testing, and startup of new equipment and control system upgrades.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives for existing control systems to enhance performance and reliability.
• Ensure all control system designs and modifications comply with relevant safety standards and regulations.
• Integrate various control components, sensors, and robotics into cohesive manufacturing processes.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in programming and troubleshooting PLCs (e.g., Rockwell/Allen-Bradley, Siemens) and HMI/SCADA systems.
• Strong understanding of industrial networking protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet, Modbus TCP/IP).
• Experience with industrial robotics programming and integration (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, ABB).
• Ability to design, implement, and troubleshoot electrical control systems and instrumentation.
• Solid grasp of control theory, PID tuning, and process optimization.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with industrial robotics programming and integration (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, ABB).
• Proficiency in vision system setup and programming (e.g., Cognex, Keyence).
• Knowledge of industrial data historization and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) integration.
• Familiarity with industrial network design, security, and troubleshooting.
