Salary Range: $75,000 - $114,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.
• Design, procure, and validate production tooling, fixtures, and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Support new product introduction (NPI) by defining manufacturing requirements and ensuring manufacturability.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, including work instructions, process flows, and specifications.
• Analyze production data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and ensure process control.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Strong understanding of various manufacturing processes (e.g., machining, assembly, automation).
• Experience with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for tooling, fixture, and layout design.
• Demonstrated ability in root cause analysis and complex problem-solving.
• Project management experience, especially with process improvement or capital equipment projects.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Experience with ERP (e.g., SAP) or MES systems
• Proficiency with advanced data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Experience with industrial automation and robotics
