Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations to meet output targets and deadlines.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or lead role.

• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, production scheduling, quality control, and safety standards.
• Proficiency in problem-solving and data analysis to optimize production efficiency and resolve operational issues.
• Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) and a commitment to operational excellence.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification/experience
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Demonstrated experience leading continuous improvement initiatives
• Proven ability to mentor and develop team members
