As a Customer Service Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member with Tony Volante - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. - Oversee the office team and daily operations.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and issues.
- Train and mentor new and current employees.
- 3+ years in sales/customer service preferred.
- Prior experience in a managerial role preferred.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
