BG Staffing is currently seeking a skilled and reliable Floating Maintenance Technician for a residential community in Milford, MI (48381). This is a great opportunity for an experienced maintenance professional looking for steady hours and the potential to transition into a long-term role.

- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7 AM–3 PM

Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repairs including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and basic carpentry
- Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner
- Prepare apartments for move-in, including turns and make-readies
- Conduct preventative maintenance and upkeep of common areas
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and property policies
- Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance areas
Qualifications:
- Previous apartment or property maintenance experience preferred
- Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
