Bumper Assembly Associate – 3rd Shift

Location: Sterling Heights, MI

Area: 18 1/2 Mile Road

Shift: 3rd Shift, 6:00 PM – 2:30 AM

Schedule: Monday through Friday

Overtime: Weekends and overtime as needed based on production needs

Pay:

• Starting base pay: $15.50/hour plus $1.50 shift premium
• Starting total pay: $17.00/hour

We are currently seeking dependable and hardworking Bumper Assembly Associates for a manufacturing facility in Sterling Heights, MI. In this role, employees will be responsible for assembling automotive bumpers in a fast-paced production environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assemble automotive bumpers using bolts, clips, screws, and wiring
• Use air guns and hand tools to secure parts into place
• Follow assembly instructions and quality standards
• Inspect parts to ensure proper fit and assembly
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work efficiently to meet daily production goals
• Report any damaged parts, equipment issues, or production concerns to a supervisor

Requirements

Requirements:

• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is preferred, but not required
• Must be comfortable using air guns and basic hand tools
• Must be able to perform repetitive assembly work in a production environment
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be dependable and punctual
• Attendance is very important
• Must be able to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment

Benefits

After 90 Days:

• Base pay increases by $1.50/hour plus $1.50/hr shift premium = Total pay after 90 days: $18.50/hour
