We are seeking an accomplished General Manager to lead a distinctive lifestyle luxury hotel brand that blends a beautifully designed building with elevated service. This role is ideal for a hospitality leader who is both strategically minded and passionate about guest experience.

As General Manager, you will have full responsibility for the hotel’s performance, positioning, and day-to-day operations. You will set the tone for service excellence, financial success, and a dynamic workplace culture that attracts top talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all hotel operations including rooms, food & beverage, events, and guest experience
• Drive financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, revenue management, and cost controls
• Deliver a best-in-class guest experience that reflects the hotel’s lifestyle luxury identity
• Build, inspire, and retain a high-performing leadership team and engaged staff culture
• Collaborate with ownership and brand partners to execute strategic initiatives
• Oversee sales, marketing, and community engagement to strengthen market presence
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, safety regulations, and quality benchmarks
• Act as a visible, hands-on leader with guests, team members, and partners

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as a General Manager or Director of Rooms in a full-service luxury or lifestyle hotel
• Strong background in food & beverage
• Demonstrated success in driving revenue, guest satisfaction, and team engagement
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on leadership style
• Experience working with ownership groups and asset managers
• Passion for design, culture, and creating memorable guest experiences
