About Company:
Rutkowski Law Firm is a premier estate planning and elder law firm serving families across Michigan. With offices in Rochester and Bloomfield Hills, we specialize in estate planning, asset protection, and Medicaid planning — but our true focus is creating an experience for clients that feels approachable, compassionate, and empowering.
We operate with the belief that legal services should be personal, not transactional. From the first phone call to the final steps of plan implementation, our goal is to make every family feel understood, supported, and cared for — and to make sure every plan we build actually works when families need it most.
We run our business on the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) and hold ourselves accountable to high standards of performance and teamwork. Our values aren’t just words on the wall — they guide how we hire, serve, and grow.
