Salary and Benefits
- Salary starting at $125,000+ (based on experience)

Responsibilit
- Provide outpatient primary care to adults and seniors in a value-based model
- No inpatient or on-call responsibilities
- Manage a panel capped at 650 patients
- Conduct 10–12 patient visits daily for thorough, unrushed care
- Perform in-office procedures including suturing, joint injections, skin biopsies, wound care, and preventive screenings for geriatric patients
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary care team
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and patient engagement
Requirements
- Nurse Practitioner degree from an accredited program
- Active and unrestricted Missouri NP license
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in outpatient primary care
- Proficient in suturing, joint injections, skin biopsies, wound care, and geriatric preventive screenings
- Geriatric training preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to underserved or medically complex populations
