Job Title: Custom Clothier – Client Relationship Builder

Location: Royal Oak, MI

Job Description:

At Joshua Gold Custom Clothier, we believe every garment tells a story. We’re seeking a passionate custom clothier who will not only curate bespoke wardrobes but also cultivate long-term relationships with our discerning clients. Your role is to help individuals express who they are through meticulously crafted clothing.

What You’ll Do:

• Client Consultations: Conduct in-depth, one-on-one consultations to understand clients’ style preferences, lifestyle needs, and wardrobe goals. Help them articulate their personal story through the clothing you design.
• Measuring & Fittings: Take meticulous measurements and guide clients through fabric selections and fitting appointments, ensuring each piece is tailored to perfection.
• Order Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of each order—from design approval to final delivery—collaborating closely with manufacturers and ensuring top quality.
• Client Relationship Building: Follow up with clients regularly for wardrobe updates, seasonal recommendations, and to ensure a long-term, trust-based relationship.
• Become known in our market as a top expert and go to person in this space.

Day-to-Day Tasks:

• Meet new and returning clients to discuss and refine their custom clothing needs.
• Coordinate with our team in Royal Oak and our global partners to source the finest fabrics and ensure timely production.
• Provide an exceptional and welcoming in-person or virtual experience that makes each client feel like a valued part of the Joshua Gold family.
• Reach out to prospective clients using all tools, phone, social, text, email using our proven method to cultivate brand new relationships with clients.
• Follow up, follow up.
• Plan and organize each day to maximize effiecency when starting the new role. You will need to balance, prospecting, training, learning, shadowing others.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
