SCCM Expert/Specialist - ADS
Core Responsibilities:
- Software and OS deployment: Deploy operating system images, applications, and settings to user devices.
- Patch management: Manage and deploy software updates and security patches to ensure systems are up-to-date and secure.
- Application and package management: Create, distribute, and troubleshoot application packages and deployment types.
- System configuration: Configure and maintain site systems roles, such as distribution points (DP) and management points (MP).
- Technical support: Provide Tier 3 support for troubleshooting and resolving complex deployment and system issues.
- Reporting and monitoring: Monitor key metrics, create reports on system health, and ensure compliance with IT policies.
- Automation: Use scripting (e.g., PowerShell) to automate administrative tasks and improve efficiency.
