You’ll Support Meaningful Work By:

• Developing and maintaining high-performance, user-friendly Adobe Sites applications
• Collaborating with design and UX teams to translate design intent into code
• Anticipating edge cases, identifying inconsistencies, and ensuring robust implementation
• Advocating for shared vocabulary and design/development best practices
• Participating in code reviews, scrum events, and demos for stakeholders

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of experience developing web-hosted applications
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frameworks (React, Bootstrap, JQuery, or similar)
• Familiarity with design tokens and mapping them to UI
• Ability to handle multi-brand customizations without duplicating code
• Experience with GIT source control and unit/functional testing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Desired Skills:

• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites and component-driven development
• Agile development experience
• REST APIs and backend integration
• Familiarity with SQL or SOQL
• Prototyping and validating solutions with design/UX teams
• Experience working in cross-cultural environments

The annual base salary range for this position is $77,900-$95,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Steelcase considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
