You’ll Support Meaningful Work By:
- Developing and maintaining high-performance, user-friendly Adobe Sites applications
- Collaborating with design and UX teams to translate design intent into code
- Anticipating edge cases, identifying inconsistencies, and ensuring robust implementation
- Advocating for shared vocabulary and design/development best practices
- Participating in code reviews, scrum events, and demos for stakeholders
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of experience developing web-hosted applications
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frameworks (React, Bootstrap, JQuery, or similar)
- Familiarity with design tokens and mapping them to UI
- Ability to handle multi-brand customizations without duplicating code
- Experience with GIT source control and unit/functional testing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Desired Skills:
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites and component-driven development
- Agile development experience
- REST APIs and backend integration
- Familiarity with SQL or SOQL
- Prototyping and validating solutions with design/UX teams
- Experience working in cross-cultural environments

The annual base salary range for this position is $77,900-$95,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Steelcase considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
