Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of 8-12 patients , partnering with your Clinic Director and our ABA leadership to achieve great outcomes for our young learners.
Conduct thorough assessments and design individualized treatment plans , including both skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals.
Coach and guide behavior technicians in the effective implementation of each patient's individual treatment plan.
Empower parents and caregivers by coaching them on ABA-based principles and interventions to drive meaningful behavior change outside of sessions.
Coordinate care as part of an interdisciplinary care team for patients receiving speech and language therapy, occupational therapy, and/or physical therapy from our Rehab for Kids providers.
Qualifications:
Active BCBA certification or currently sitting for the BCBA exam within one month.
Previous experience creating individualized treatment plans, encompassing both skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals.
Prior experience supervising technicians in the implementation of individualized treatment plans.
