Salary Range: $78,000 - $123,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain electrical control systems for manufacturing equipment and facilities.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical malfunctions in production machinery, minimizing downtime.
• Program, configure, and optimize Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs).
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards (e.g., NEC, NFPA 70E), and company policies.
• Lead or support electrical engineering projects, including new equipment installations and system upgrades.
• Develop and maintain electrical documentation, schematics, and standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing processes, reliability, and and efficiency.

Recommended Qualifications

• Experience designing, troubleshooting, and maintaining electrical systems in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in programming and configuring Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs).
• Strong understanding of industrial control systems, motor control (VFDs, servo systems), and power distribution.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex electrical and automation issues on production lines.
• Knowledge of electrical safety standards (e.g., NFPA 70E) and regulatory compliance in an industrial setting.
• Experience with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, SolidWorks Electrical) for schematic design.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell) and HMI/SCADA development.
• Familiarity with industrial networking protocols (e.g., EtherNet/IP, PROFINET) and data acquisition systems.
• Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency in electrical CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, SolidWorks Electrical).
