Salary Range: $130,000 - $181,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all manufacturing operations to achieve production, quality, and cost objectives.
• Manage the facility's P&L, develop budgets, and implement financial controls to ensure profitability.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and long-term growth.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and excellence.
• Ensure strict compliance with all regulatory requirements, safety standards, and company policies.
• Optimize supply chain management and logistics to ensure efficient material flow and timely product delivery.
• Drive initiatives for process innovation, waste reduction, and the adoption of advanced manufacturing technologies.

Recommended Qualifications

• Extensive experience in manufacturing operations management, including production, supply chain, and quality control.
• Proven P&L management responsibility and strong financial acumen.
• Demonstrated strategic planning and business development capabilities.
• Track record of driving operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Exceptional leadership and team-building skills with a focus on talent development.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Experience with Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g., IoT, advanced automation, predictive analytics).
• Multilingual capabilities, particularly in key international business languages.
• Direct experience in M&A integration or scaling operations in a high-growth environment.
