Gimme's Par & Grill in downtown Grand Rapids is looking for a dynamic Golf Sales Associate to lead our Golf Experience Team and drive customer engagement through our premier indoor golf simulators, lively bar and restaurant, and exciting leagues and events.

Your Role as Golf Sales Associate As our Golf Sales Associate , you'll be the driving force behind an exceptional guest experience, ensuring every visitor has a top-tier golf, dining, and entertainment experience. You'll lead our team in making every round at Gimme's a memorable one!

Key Responsibilities:

• You will work under and with our Head Pro/Owner and our Assistant Golf Pro to head and manage the Golf Experience Team to provide outstanding customer service and guest engagement.

• Oversee pre-visit communications, onsite interactions, and post-visit follow-ups to maximize guest satisfaction.

• Become an expert in our products and services, including golf technology, leagues, lessons, memberships, and food & beverage offerings.

• Confidently sell and cross-sell golf experiences, simulator time, leagues, memberships, and private events.

• Serve as the in-house expert on golf simulator technology, ensuring guests have the best possible experience.

• Oversee the sales, execution, and management of Gimme's golf leagues, one-off tournaments, and golf-related events.

• Build relationships within the community to drive repeat business and create brand loyalty.

• Assist with administrative tasks related to sales transactions and customer service inquiries.

• Work closely with other departments to align efforts and achieve overall business goals.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.
