Maintenance Technician Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $18.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift (05:00am to 02:00pm )

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the reliable operation of all machinery, equipment, and systems within the manufacturing facility.

This role involves:

• Performing preventive maintenance
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues to identify root causes and implement effective repairs
• Repairing production equipment
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to minimize downtime and enhance efficiency

Maintenance Technician Qualifications:

• Vocational or high school diploma
• 2 years in technical education
• Apprenticeship is a bonus
• Preferred knowledge and experience in the areas of Mechanics, Electric, Controlling PLC, Pneumatics, and Hydraulics

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
