The Social Brews, Detroit’s unique blend of coffee shop and Self-Pour tap room, is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of craft beers, cocktails, and coffee beverages with expert knowledge and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Engage with customers to provide excellent service, helping them explore new drink options and ensuring a positive experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to all health and safety standards.
• Assist with daily opening and closing duties, including inventory checks and restocking.
• Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming, inclusive environment for patrons and staff alike.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of bartending experience (craft beer knowledge is a plus!)
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while keeping calm and organized.
• Must be 21+ and have (or be willing to obtain) TIPS or ServSafe certification.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
