The Role
Were seeking a resourceful, technically sharp Applications Engineer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on problem solving, works collaboratively with clients and partners, and wants to be part of a company where their work directly impacts the future of manufacturing. Key Responsibilities
- Become an expert in the CAPPS software suite and its integration with inspection systems and CNC platforms
- Support our global distribution network with technical sales, demos, and customer engagement
- Lead installations, training sessions, and troubleshooting, both remotely and on-site
- Develop custom inspection programs based on client specifications
- Collaborate with customers to deliver tailored solutions that improve quality and efficiency
- Travel as required to support client success and project execution - up to 2.5 weeks a month
- 2+ years of experience in inspection, quality, metrology, or GD&T
- Confidence in presenting technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive mindset
- Flexibility and willingness to work hours that align with client schedules
- Qualified to handle sensitive data
- CNC experience
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Can start immediately
