Varsity Lincoln, Inc is seeking a dedicated and organized Appointment Coordinator to join our team in Novi, MI. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the scheduling of appointments efficiently to ensure a smooth flow of operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach to help coordinate appointments and support daily activities.
Responsibilities- Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and staff in a timely manner
- Manage calendar updates and ensure accurate appointment records
- Communicate with customers and team members to resolve scheduling conflicts
- Respond to appointment inquiries via phone, email, or in person
- Assist with administrative duties related to appointment coordination
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with scheduling software and basic computer applications
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in appointment coordination or customer service is a plus
- Compensation of $16.00 per hour, paid weekly
