This outpatient-focused role offers the opportunity to practice full-spectrum Hematology and Oncology with a manageable daily volume and the ability to care for complex cases in collaboration with tertiary centers. Position, Compensation & Organization

  • Community-based Hematology/Oncology practice with full-spectrum care
  • Competitive compensation ranging from $627,909 to $702,044 based on experience
  • Outpatient-focused schedule: 4-day work week, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM
  • No hospital call
  • Approximately 14 patients per day with 2–4 new consults daily
  • Well-equipped cancer center with on-site infusion services
  • LINAC available for radiation therapy with Radiation Oncology on-site weekly
  • Current single-physician practice with future growth potential
  • Case mix averages ~60% Hematology / 40% Oncology
  • Management of complex cases including AML and post-transplant patients
  • Highly experienced NP Director with dedicated nursing and MA support
  • Internal Medicine cancer center physician focused on follow-up care
  • Multidisciplinary tumor boards accessible virtually with regional partners
  • Epic EMR with Abridge AI for in-room note capture
  • 28 days PTO; Recruitment package starting at $35,000
