CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Automation Personnel Services is looking for a hard-working Customer Service Repre sentative for a company based in Farmers Branch, Tx. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for the requisition and delivery of materials to vendors and managing inventory in a fast-paced, warehouse setting.

Pay Rate
$23.00 hour

Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 7 00 am to 4 00 pm.

Monday through Friday, 8 00 am to 5 00 pm.

Customer Service Representative Duties and Responsibilities :

• Answer phone calls from customers and assist with questions
• Must have data entry experience
• Maintains customer accounts according to specific guidelines and procedures
• Assist Customers that come into the office
• Communicates well with the public by telephone, or email and performs other general clerical services
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools provided
• Follow communications procedures, guidelines and policies
• Determining the quickest, most effective way to answer a client’s or customers’ questions

Customer Service Representative Qualifications and Requirements :

• Strong typing and documentation skills (minimum 35 wph )
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Customer Service Experience is preferred
• Drug Screen and Background checks are required
• Excellent customer service and communications skills
• Must be detail-oriented with good organizational skills
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Customer Orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attentiveness and patience
• Time management skills
• Ability to find the positive in any situation
• Interpersonal and customer service skills
