Administrative Coordinator – Financial Services Location: Novi, MI Employment Type: Full-Time Salary Range: $45,000 – $55,000 annually We are looking for a detail-oriented and professional individual to join our financial services team in a full-time administrative role. This position supports client-facing professionals, ensures regulatory compliance, and contributes to the smooth operation of daily office activities. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to financial advisors and internal staff Greet and assist clients during in-office visits with professionalism and warmth Coordinate schedules, manage calendars, and send appointment reminders Maintain secure and accurate client records using CRM and financial platforms Handle client communications via phone, email, and mail Ensure all compliance-related documentation is properly completed and maintained Perform general office duties including document management and data entry Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience (experience in financial services preferred) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication abilities High level of professionalism and discretion with sensitive information Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively Familiarity with financial industry regulations (e.g., FINRA, SEC) is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn CRM systems Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM What We Offer: Competitive salary and onboarding support Opportunities for career growth and skill development A collaborative and supportive team environment Exposure to a dynamic, client-focused financial practice
