Key Responsibilities

• Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.
• Troubleshoot and resolve process-related production issues to minimize downtime.
• Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes or improvements to existing ones.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including SOPs and work instructions.
• Monitor key process parameters and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process development and improvement projects.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis and SPC.
• Ability to read, interpret, and develop Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) and Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs).
• Demonstrated experience in process troubleshooting, optimization, and root cause analysis.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
• Proficiency with statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
• Experience with PLC programming, SCADA systems, or industrial automation.
• Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) for plant layout and equipment design.
