Caregiver Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate companionship and support

• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene

• Support mobility and safe transfers

• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, and grocery shopping

• Observe and report changes in client condition

• Maintain accurate documentation and timekeeping

• Promote client safety, dignity, and independence

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old

• High School Diploma or GED preferred

• Caregiving experience preferred but not required

• HHA or CNA certification is a plus

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to perform physical caregiving tasks as needed

• Reliable transportation and access to a mobile phone

• Must pass required background screening

• TB testing required prior to working shifts
