*Duties: * Manage and oversee Pricing, Contracts, Rebates, and Chargebacks processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Lead global system rollouts for pricing and rebate solutions with SAP, Vistex, or Model N experience. Provide expertise in pricing strategies, contract terms, and rebate structures to optimize revenue. Deliver approved projects through the project management framework, focusing on key milestones, deliverables, and quality standards. Transition knowledge of new/enhanced capabilities to Service Delivery Teams. Perform technical design, development, testing, and delivery of solutions for release cycles and new projects. Review and govern business process documents, technical specs, test plans, and cutover plans for go-live sites. Provide post-go-live hypercare support to ensure stabilization, issue resolution, and user adoption. Collaborate with Global ERP Program teams, IT Business Partners, Build and Run teams, IT Vendors, Infrastructure teams, and Business Deployment teams. Support run/sustain teams to solve business needs and govern solutions in line with the Commercial Global Template. Recommend solutions that integrate technical standards with business processes. Provide architectural guidance and managerial support to optimize performance, troubleshoot issues, and enhance system reliability. Partner with Business Analysts to translate system requirements into solutions. Work with IT and business teams to deliver solutions. Lead and mentor direct reports and IT vendor resources, providing technical oversight and guidance. Support standardizing pricing across multiple global applications. Manage budget inputs, track deliverables, and ensure vendor SOW/COs align with financial and operational goals. Oversee resource allocation and utilization across teams.

*Requirement: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Science related Engineering, Information Systems, or related field and eight (8) years of information technology experience in related occupation. Alternatively, Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Science related Engineering, Information Systems, or related field and six (6) years of information technology experience in related occupation. Position requires experience in the following: Experience with revenue management processes, including chargebacks, rebates, and pricing contracts; experience supporting and delivering technology solutions for chargebacks, pricing, contracts, and rebate management processes within the medical device, pharmaceutical, or broader healthcare industry; experience with third-party revenue management platforms, such as Model N, Vendavo, MediLedger, or PriceFx, including leading their integration into SAP systems, overseeing the full SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), and managing both build and run support operations; experience integrating SaaS operated revenue management tools with SAP/Vistex systems; and, experience collaborating cross-functionally with business and IT teams to support end-to-end revenue management operations.
