Salary Range: $50,000 - $82,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and commission manufacturing equipment at customer sites.
• Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs on industrial machinery.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and software issues.
• Provide on-site technical support and training to customer personnel.
• Document all service activities, repairs, and parts used accurately.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company standards during field operations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• 2-5 years of field service or industrial maintenance experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Associate's degree or technical certification in Electromechanical Technology, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field.
• Strong customer service and communication skills with a proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently.
• Demonstrated ability to read schematics, use diagnostic tools, and work with PLC logic/industrial control systems.

Bonus Qualifications

• PLC/HMI programming experience (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell)
• Experience with advanced diagnostic tools (e.g., thermal imaging, vibration analysis)
• Bilingual proficiency, particularly in Spanish or German
• Formal IT/Networking certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+)
• Welding or light fabrication skills for on-site repairs
