Financial Data Analyst
About the Role
Benore Logistic Systems, Inc. is seeking a Financial Analyst II to provide analytical support for financial forecasting, variance analysis, and business-driven financial modeling. In this position, you will lead the preparation of financial reports, assess profitability, and support strategic decision-making across departments. This role requires 3–5 years of experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Key Responsibilities

Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Build and maintain forecasting and budgeting models

Perform variance analysis and recommend corrective actions

Create reports and presentations for leadership with data insights

Collaborate with departments on the financial impact of initiatives

Conduct cost-benefit and profitability analyses
-
Enhance reporting tools and automate dashboards
-
Develop ad hoc financial models for strategic projects
-
Mentor junior analysts and support their development

Maintain accurate documentation and audit readiness

Adhere to BLS policies, confidentiality standards, and safety protocols
Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

3–5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis

Advanced skills in Microsoft Office 365 (especially Excel)

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
-
Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Familiarity with Great Plains or TMW Systems is a plus
-
Class D driver’s license required
