Machine Operator Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $14.50 / hour
- Full Time work available
- Third Shift
Sunday- Thursday 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM
Key Responsibilities:Operate and monitor industrial machinery, with a specific focus on plastic injection molding equipment, ensuring smooth and continuous operation.* Perform duties as a Production Line Worker, including material handling, loading components, and offloading finished goods according to established procedures.* Execute detailed visual inspections of products to ensure they meet stringent quality standards and identify any defects or inconsistencies promptly.* Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and wear provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times to maintain a safe working environment.* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation throughout the shift to support efficient operations.* Follow all company procedures and supervisor instructions precisely to ensure compliance and productivity.
Machine Operator Qualifications:
Required Skills & Qualifications:*** Proven experience as a Production Line Worker in a manufacturing setting.* Demonstrated experience with Molding: Plastic Injection processes is essential. Exceptional visual inspection capabilities and meticulous attention to detail to identify quality issues.* Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.* Reliable, punctual, and capable of working effectively in a team-oriented production environment.
