Salesforce Developer

We are seeking
an experienced <\/span> Salesforce
Developer <\/span><\/b> to design, develop, and implement robust solutions within Salesforce that meet
the needs of a dynamic enterprise environment. This role will work closely with
internal teams, stakeholders, and end users to ensure scalable, secure, and
high -performing Salesforce applications. <\/span>

Responsibilities: <\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span> Collaborate
with business users and technical teams to define technical requirements for
new projects and enhancements. <\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span> Ensure
technical solutions align with business goals and long -term strategy. <\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span> Own
release cycles and manage deployments for new or updated Salesforce
applications. <\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span> Provide
technical leadership for project environments and ensure adherence to internal
development standards. <\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span> Work
with cross -functional development teams to integrate Salesforce with other
enterprise systems. <\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span> Ensure
all solutions meet security, compliance, and performance standards throughout
the application lifecycle. <\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span> Mentor
and train development teams to support smooth transitions to ongoing
maintenance and operations. <\/span>

  concepts clearly to both technical and executive audiences <\/span>

  Salesforce
  Expertise: <\/span><\/b>
  <\/p>

  · <\/span><\/span><\/span> Strong
  hands -on experience in <\/span> Service Cloud <\/span><\/b> and <\/span> Experience Cloud <\/span><\/b> . <\/span>
  <\/p>

  · <\/span><\/span><\/span> Expertise
  in <\/span> Apex,
  Visualforce, Aura Components, Lightning Web Components (LWC)<\/span><\/b> , and declarative tools
  like Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules. <\/span>
  <\/p>

  · <\/span><\/span><\/span> Experience
  with <\/span> Salesforce
  APIs <\/span><\/b> ,
  cloud and on -premises integrations, and implementing <\/span> OAuth authentication
  protocols <\/span><\/b> for third -party applications. <\/span>
  <\/p>

  · <\/span><\/span><\/span> Proficient
  in web technologies including <\/span> HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, REST/SOAP web
  services, JSON, and XML <\/span><\/b> . <\/span>
  <\/p>

  · <\/span><\/span><\/span> Experience
  with <\/span> Batch
  Apex <\/span><\/b> and <\/span> Schedule
  Apex <\/span><\/b> for automation. <\/span>
  <\/p>

  · <\/span><\/span><\/span> Ownership
  of end -to -end Salesforce technical aspects: data migrations, data quality,
  system integrations, AppExchange products, and custom development. <\/span>
  <\/p>

  · <\/span><\/span><\/span> Manage
  technical change management and release processes. <\/span>
  <\/p>

  · <\/span><\/span><\/span> Design
  and document technical architecture solutions spanning multiple systems and
  integrations. <\/span>
  <\/p>

  · <\/span><\/span><\/span> Experience
  with <\/span> SFDX,
  branch management, code deployment, and CI/CD processes <\/span><\/b> using tools like Azure
  DevOps. <\/span>
  <\/p>

  · <\/span><\/span><\/span> Identify
  and mitigate technical risks and issues proactively. <\/span>
  <\/p>

  Qualifications: <\/span><\/b>
  <\/p>

  · <\/span><\/span><\/span> Minimum <\/span>6
  years of Salesforce development experience <\/span><\/b> . <\/span>
  <\/p>

  · <\/span><\/span><\/span> At
  least <\/span>4
  years working with Apex, Visualforce, Aura, LWC, HTML5, and JavaScript <\/span><\/b> . <\/span>
  <\/p>

  · <\/span><\/span><\/span> Minimum <\/span>5
  years of Service Cloud experience <\/span><\/b> . <\/span>
  <\/p>

  · <\/span><\/span><\/span> At
  least <\/span>3
  years working with Salesforce Lightning and LWC <\/span><\/b> . <\/span>
  <\/p>

  · <\/span><\/span><\/span> Minimum <\/span>2
  years of API integration and Single Sign -On experience <\/span><\/b> . <\/span>
  <\/p>

  · <\/span><\/span><\/span> Experience
  with <\/span> Azure
  DevOps <\/span><\/b> or similar requirement -tracking tools. <\/span>
  <\/p>

  · <\/span><\/span><\/span> Exposure
  to <\/span> data
  migration and cloud integration projects <\/span><\/b> . <\/span>
  <\/p>

  · <\/span><\/span><\/span> Salesforce <\/span> Certified
  Platform Developer I <\/span><\/b> and <\/span> Certified Administrator <\/span><\/b> required; <\/span> Platform Developer II <\/span><\/b> is a plus. <\/span>
  <\/p>

  · <\/span><\/span><\/span> Preferred
  experience with <\/span> Conga,
  Drawloop <\/span><\/b> ,
  and familiarity with regulatory or compliance -focused environments. <\/span>
