Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to schedules.
• Meet production targets for output, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Manage, train, and develop production staff, including performance evaluations and scheduling.
• Implement and enforce safety regulations and company policies on the production floor.
• Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with established standards and specifications.
• Identify and troubleshoot production issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience (3-5 years) in a supervisory or team lead role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, and quality control systems.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse production team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Proficiency in ensuring workplace safety and compliance with regulatory standards.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Proficiency with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems such as SAP or Oracle
• Experience leading cross-functional improvement projects
• Formal training or experience in coaching and mentoring production team members
