Key Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing and payment processing.
• Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
• Manage general ledger entries, including journal entries for accruals and prepayments.
• Assist in tracking and reconciling inventory costs and manufacturing expenses.
• Prepare basic financial statements such as profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
• Process payroll and related tax filings for all employees.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation in compliance with company policies.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems commonly used in manufacturing (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).
• Demonstrated experience in full-cycle bookkeeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Understanding of cost accounting principles, inventory management, and job costing within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to perform bank reconciliations and prepare accurate financial reports.
• Experience with payroll processing and relevant tax compliance.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems commonly used in manufacturing.
• Familiarity with cost accounting principles (e.g., job costing, inventory valuation).
• Experience with fixed asset management and depreciation for machinery.
• Ability to analyze financial data to support operational decision-making.
