Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production operations to meet output targets and schedules.
• Lead, train, and manage production personnel, fostering a safe and productive work environment.
• Monitor product quality and enforce process compliance, implementing corrective actions as needed.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory or lead role within a manufacturing production environment.

• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate, train, and manage a diverse team.
• Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) and problem-solving techniques.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or demonstrated experience applying continuous improvement methodologies.
• Bilingual proficiency to support a diverse manufacturing workforce.
• Experience with advanced Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or SCADA platforms.
• Formal project management training or experience leading cross-functional improvement initiatives.
