Salary Range: $57,000 - $84,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily assembly operations and personnel.
• Manage, train, and develop a team of assembly technicians.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure daily output targets are met.
• Enforce quality control standards and implement corrective actions.
• Promote and ensure adherence to all safety regulations and procedures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and equipment malfunctions.
• Optimize assembly line efficiency and workflow processes.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing assembly environment, including 1-2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Strong technical understanding of assembly processes, quality control, and blueprint interpretation.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, train, and manage a production team effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities to address production issues and drive efficiency.
• Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety, quality standards, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Experience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment (e.g., medical devices, aerospace)
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics
