Salary Range: $63,000 - $90,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct daily assembly line operations to meet production schedules.
• Supervise, train, and mentor a team of assembly technicians.
• Monitor product quality and workmanship, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations and company policies on the assembly floor.
• Identify and resolve production bottlenecks or equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Track and report on key production metrics, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth flow of materials and information.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in a manufacturing assembly role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, including training, motivation, and performance management.
• Solid understanding of assembly processes, tools, fixtures, and quality control methods.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and work instructions.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team and cross-functional collaboration.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification (e.g., Green Belt)
• Proficiency with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software
• Experience with automated assembly lines or robotics
• Bilingual communication skills relevant to the workforce (e.g., Spanish/English)
