Salary Range: $52,000 - $84,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical failures and operational issues.
• Execute timely repairs, replacements, and adjustments of machinery components.
• Install, test, and commission new production equipment and systems.
• Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and parts inventory.
• Adhere strictly to safety regulations and plant operational procedures.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Technical degree or certification in industrial maintenance or a related field.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety practices, including Lockout/Tagout.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with industrial automation systems (PLCs, robotics).
• Proficiency in welding and fabrication for repairs and custom parts.
• Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Advanced hydraulics and pneumatics troubleshooting.
• Basic electrical troubleshooting and control wiring knowledge.
