Salary Range: $81,000 - $126,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for production, technical, and administrative roles.
• Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
• Develop and implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and safety regulations.
• Administer compensation, benefits, and performance management programs for all employees.
• Coordinate and deliver training programs focused on safety, skills development, and compliance.
• Collaborate with operations management on workforce planning, productivity, and retention strategies.
• Lead initiatives to foster a positive and productive workplace culture aligned with manufacturing goals.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience managing HR functions within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of HR principles and practices, including talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, and employee relations.
• Strong understanding of labor laws, regulations (e.g., OSHA, FLSA, FMLA), and compliance requirements relevant to manufacturing.
• Demonstrated ability to foster positive employee relations, manage conflict, and support a diverse workforce.
• Experience collaborating with operations leadership to align HR initiatives with production goals and safety culture.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
• Proficiency in Spanish or other languages common in the local manufacturing workforce.
• Previous experience in a unionized manufacturing environment, including labor relations.
• Demonstrated understanding of manufacturing plant operations and production processes.
• Advanced safety certifications (e.g., OSHA 30-hour).
